Take a mindful break from your busy week and join a group of like-minded women for a gentle walk, meaningful conversation, and a touch of NLP-inspired reflection.
Each month we’ll explore a simple theme such as:
Letting Go of Overthinking
Building Everyday Confidence
Feeling Grounded and Calm
No pressure, no preaching — just movement, nature, and nourishing conversation guided by NLP coach.

Struggle to switch off Rest feels unproductive. Silence feels uncomfortable. Your mind rarely gets a proper pause.
Know you ‘should’ take more time for yourself — but don’t. You understand the logic, but it always drops to the bottom of the list.
Miss feeling like you. Not a better version. Not a louder version. Just the version of you that feels grounded, confident, and at ease.
Feel mentally cluttered. You’re not falling apart — you’re just tired of carrying too many thoughts, decisions, and expectations at once.
Overthink even the simplest things. You replay conversations, second-guess choices, and talk yourself out of clarity before you’ve even had a chance to land on it.
Feel disconnected from yourself. You’re busy, responsible, capable — yet something feels slightly off, like you’ve drifted from your own centre.

I help burnt out, over-generous, compassionate women recalibrate to be able to hold boundaries and live a life that's full and free without fear of judgement, guilt or sacrifice.
An NLP master and recovering people pleaser, I've been on my own journey. Recalibrate to Great is built on the pure belief that we have always been perfect. Yet just the basics of ‘doing life’ have shunted and contorted and distorted us out of shape. We’re off track and not in line, MIS-aligned, with our true self.

Walking plus guided audio helps your nervous system settle and your thinking clean itself up.
No distractions. No pressure to perform. Just movement, nature, and clarity.
You’re guided, not analysed. Support not pushed.
No judgement. No fixing. No competing.
The audio gives everyone common ground, making conversations easier and more meaningful.
You start seeing yourself, your choices, and your challenges differently - without forcing change.
Audio recordings and simple resources you can return to in your own time.
Walk together. Talk if you want. Stay quiet if you don’t.
You’re walking alone - you’re being held by someone who understand mindset, behaviour, and change.
Not fixed. Not transformed. Just clearer, calmer, and more like yourself again...
A free, monthly 30–40 minute guided walk for women who want space to think, move, and talk — or simply walk in quiet company.
This isn’t a fitness session, a therapy group, or a networking event.
It’s a calm, purposeful walk led by me, with optional conversation and reflection.
No.
You’re welcome to walk quietly, listen, or join conversations if and when you want to.
Some women come to talk. Some come for headspace. Both are welcome.
I’m there as a coach and facilitator, not to fix, diagnose, or coach anyone unless they explicitly invite that.
I’ll:
Set the tone
Offer optional reflection prompts
Keep the space respectful and aligned
Any deeper conversation happens only if you initiate it.
Lightly, yes — in the sense that I’ll offer perspective and reflective questions.
This is not a paid coaching session, and there is no pressure to engage beyond what feels right for you.

Value calm, grounded conversation

Are open to reflection without judgement.
This isn’t for:
Fast walkers who want to power ahead
Anyone looking to dominate conversations
Strong opinions, judgement, or advice-giving
Turning the walk into a debate or dumping ground
This is a respectful, adult space.
