WHY YOU NEED THIS

This is for women who...

  • Struggle to switch off Rest feels unproductive. Silence feels uncomfortable. Your mind rarely gets a proper pause.

  • Know you ‘should’ take more time for yourself — but don’t. You understand the logic, but it always drops to the bottom of the list.

  • Miss feeling like you. Not a better version. Not a louder version. Just the version of you that feels grounded, confident, and at ease.

  • Feel mentally cluttered. You’re not falling apart — you’re just tired of carrying too many thoughts, decisions, and expectations at once.

  • Overthink even the simplest things. You replay conversations, second-guess choices, and talk yourself out of clarity before you’ve even had a chance to land on it.

  • Feel disconnected from yourself. You’re busy, responsible, capable — yet something feels slightly off, like you’ve drifted from your own centre.

Meet Elaine

I help burnt out, over-generous, compassionate women recalibrate to be able to hold boundaries and live a life that's full and free without fear of judgement, guilt or sacrifice.

An NLP master and recovering people pleaser, I've been on my own journey. Recalibrate to Great is built on the pure belief that we have always been perfect. Yet just the basics of ‘doing life’ have shunted and contorted and distorted us out of shape. We’re off track and not in line, MIS-aligned, with our true self.

A clear mental reset

A shared starting point

STILL GOT QUESTIONS?

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the Walk and Talk?

A free, monthly 30–40 minute guided walk for women who want space to think, move, and talk — or simply walk in quiet company.

This isn’t a fitness session, a therapy group, or a networking event.
It’s a calm, purposeful walk led by me, with optional conversation and reflection.

Do I have to talk?

No.
You’re welcome to walk quietly, listen, or join conversations if and when you want to.
Some women come to talk. Some come for headspace. Both are welcome.

What’s your role on the walk?

I’m there as a coach and facilitator, not to fix, diagnose, or coach anyone unless they explicitly invite that.

I’ll:

Set the tone

Offer optional reflection prompts

Keep the space respectful and aligned

Any deeper conversation happens only if you initiate it.

Is there coaching involved?

Lightly, yes — in the sense that I’ll offer perspective and reflective questions.
This is not a paid coaching session, and there is no pressure to engage beyond what feels right for you.

Who is this for?

Women who:

Want to reconnect with themselves

Value calm, grounded conversation

Enjoy walking at a gentle pace

Are open to reflection without judgement.

Who is this not for?

This isn’t for:

Fast walkers who want to power ahead

Anyone looking to dominate conversations

Strong opinions, judgement, or advice-giving

Turning the walk into a debate or dumping ground

This is a respectful, adult space.

How long is the walk?

Approximately 30–40 minutes, at a gentle pace.
Time is a guide, not a stopwatch.

Where does it take place?

Parks and green spaces around Nottinghamshire and the Derbyshire border.
The location may change, so please check the event details each month.

Is it accessible?

Accessibility varies by location.
It’s the responsibility of each participant to check whether the route works for them, including:

Pushchairs

Mobility needs

Dogs

I’ll always share location details in advance.

Are dogs allowed?

Yes — well-behaved dogs on leads are welcome.

Can I bring a pushchair?

Yes, where the location allows — please check accessibility before attending.

What about smoking?

This is a no-smoking walk.

What about parking?

Some locations may require paid parking.
Any parking costs are the responsibility of the participant.

What happens after the walk?

Often, those who want to will head for a coffee nearby.
This is optional — and no, I’m not buying the coffee 😉

What should I bring?

Comfortable footwear

Weather-appropriate clothing

Headphones if you choose to listen to the optional audio

Yourself, exactly as you are

Is there any selling?

No.
This is a pressure-free space.
If you want to explore working with me further, the information is available separately.

How do I join?

You’ll sign up via the link above.
Details and location are sent ahead of time.

What if someone crosses boundaries?

This is a women-only, respectful space.
Any judgement, strong opinions, or behaviour that goes against the intention of the walk will be addressed, and if needed, the person will be asked to leave.

You don’t need to be braver, louder, or more confident.
You just need space to be more you — and a way back when your head gets noisy.
